By activating and using this plugin (“Plugin”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you must deactivate and remove the Plugin immediately.

1. No Warranty

The Plugin is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

The developer does not warrant that:

• the Plugin will be error-free or operate without interruption;
• the Plugin will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with any particular theme, plugin, hosting environment, or configuration; or
• any defects or issues in the Plugin will be corrected.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

You understand and agree that you use the Plugin at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for:

• verifying compatibility with your WordPress installation, theme, and other plugins;
• testing the Plugin in a staging or non-production environment before use on a live site; and
• maintaining appropriate backups of your site, database, and content.

3. Limitation of Liability

• incidental,
• consequential,

• exemplary, or
• punitive

damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Plugin, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the above, any liability is found to exist, the total cumulative liability of the developer shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid specifically for a license to use the Plugin.

4. No Professional Advice

The Plugin may produce suggestions, outputs, or information. Such outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or acting upon them.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and any contributors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

The developer may, but is not obligated to:

• provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the Plugin; or
• modify or discontinue the Plugin at any time, with or without notice.

Your continued use of the Plugin after any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

If the Plugin integrates with third-party services, APIs, or content, you:

• are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services; and
• acknowledge that the developer is not responsible for any malfunction, downtime, changes, or data issues arising from such third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Plugin shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of California, where permitted by law.

9. Acceptance

By using the Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
